The rules of the club.

1. Who can use Bondly

You need to be 18 or older, single (as in not currently married), and willing to complete our verification. We reserve the right to decline or remove members at any time.

2. Verification & honesty

You agree that everything you tell us — name, age, occupation, education, marital status — is true. If we find out otherwise, we will remove your account without a refund.

3. Events, tickets & refunds

When you buy an event ticket, we hold you a seat. Cancel at least 48 hours before the start time and we’ll issue a full refund automatically. Inside that window, the seat is yours — keep it or give it to a friend of the same gender.

If we cancel an event, you get a full refund, no questions.

4. Trips

Trips run in an introduction model with vetted partner agencies. When you register interest, you’re not committing to anything. The final booking is between you and the operator, on terms they confirm in writing before you pay.

5. Membership

Paid memberships renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from your account — you keep access until the end of the current period. No pro-rated refunds on partial months, but no games either: cancelling means cancelling.

6. Behavior at events

Be the kind of guest you’d want at your own dinner party. Harassment, aggressive advances, or drunk-and-loud gets you asked to leave. Serious misconduct is grounds for removal from the club and, where warranted, reporting to authorities.

7. Content & messages

Everything you post — photos, bio, chat messages — must be your own or licensed. We may moderate, blur, or remove content that violates the spirit of the club. Unsolicited nudity gets you banned on first offense.

8. Liability

We work hard to run good events with reliable partners, but we can’t guarantee outcomes — romantic, logistical, or otherwise. Bondly isn’t liable for interactions between members off-platform, and our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you’ve paid us in the trailing 12 months.

9. Changes

We’ll rewrite these terms as we learn. If a change matters, we’ll email you before it takes effect.
